Prohibited Activities

• Use our services to request, generate, upload, distribute, or promote NSFW, sexually explicit, pornographic, or otherwise sexually suggestive content
• Market or describe our services as "uncensored", "unfiltered", or as permitting prohibited adult content

AI Content Policy

If our services include AI-generated image or video features, you may not use them to request, generate, upload, or distribute any of the following:

• NSFW / explicit sexual content
• Violence / gore
• Hate speech
• Child sexual abuse material or other child-unsafe content
• Infringing deepfakes or impersonation of real people
• Copyright or trademark infringement

Authorized, lawful brand and creative work remains allowed. Do not use our services to copy a protected work, brand, or likeness without the rights needed for that use.

Automated checks currently cover prompts plus input and output media for sexual / NSFW content, and they fail closed when a check cannot be completed. They do not automatically cover every prohibited category above, do not guarantee a response time, and are not claimed to catch every violation.

We may block generation, refuse delivery, remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate accounts when we find a violation or a repeated attempt to create prohibited content.

Reporting prohibited content

To report content that may violate these Terms, email [email protected] with the page URL or work ID and a short description. We review reports and, where a violation is confirmed, remove the content and may suspend or terminate the account.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will provide notice by posting the updated Terms on this page.
